跑偏開關(guān)解析
一般 跑偏開關(guān)是應(yīng)用于膠帶運(yùn)送機(jī)兩邊或者運(yùn)送機(jī)縱梁頂部或低部，當(dāng)動行中的膠帶發(fā)作跑偏的景象時(shí)，膠帶邊際股動立輥旋轉(zhuǎn)并揉捏使之歪斜，若歪斜視點(diǎn)，開關(guān)宣布報(bào)警信號。如立輥持續(xù)歪斜大于二級動作視點(diǎn)時(shí)。開關(guān)主動堵截電源停機(jī)。膠帶運(yùn)送機(jī)復(fù)位正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，立輥主動復(fù)位。因此跑偏開關(guān)被廣泛應(yīng)用于港口，礦山，發(fā)電場膠帶運(yùn)送設(shè)備上起到維護(hù)作用。
